Coworking Nation?
Coworking has become increasingly popular across the US. This is a web application I created while I worked for Jones, Lang, LaSalle. I wanted users to be able to visualize trends in flexible/coworking space from a real estate perspective.
The app shows how coworking has expanded across the US over the past 20 years. It also allows users to query data at the metro level to explore local trends in coworking, including lease date, size, tenant, and broker.
